How to Request Deletion

  1. Sign in to your Cogniform account using the button below
  2. Select what you would like deleted (some data, all user data, or your entire account)
  3. Provide details about your request
  4. Submit your request for review by our team

What CAN Be Deleted

Upon approval of your deletion request, the following user data can be removed:

  • Your login credentials and password
  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • App preferences and settings
  • Device tokens and push notification subscriptions
  • Access to all organizations you belong to

What Will Be RETAINED

Important: The following business operational data is owned by your organization and will NOT be deleted as part of an account deletion request:

  • Form submissions you created on behalf of your organization
  • Uploaded files (photos, documents, signatures) associated with submissions
  • Location data captured during form completion
  • Audit logs of your activities within the application

Your name in submission records will be replaced with "Deleted User" to maintain business record integrity while removing your personal identifier.

To request deletion of organizational/business data, please contact your organization administrator directly.
